1) Subscription Billing
By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing at the tuition rate shown at checkout. Your subscription will continue until you cancel.
2) How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Cancellation is not retroactive.
3) No Retroactive Refunds
All tuition payments are nonrefundable once billed, including charges that occur before you cancel—this includes situations where you forgot to cancel, did not notice billing emails, did not use the program, or were unable to participate during a billing period.
4) Program Access = Used Service
If you attend any live class, access the Member Area, download materials, view recordings, or otherwise use program resources during a billing period, that billing period is considered delivered and is nonrefundable.
5) Billing Errors (Limited Exception)
If you believe you were billed in error (for example, duplicate billing), you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge date at [email protected]. If an error is confirmed, we will correct it. You will receive email verification with the email on file.
6) Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is submitted after program access has occurred, we will provide documentation showing enrollment status and program access (including Member Area access and class participation) to the payment processor.
